Not only do we understand the UAE and Egypt local courts proceedings in and how they function, but we have the substantive knowledge in these and many other industries that allows us to understand how basic commercial disputes function before the courts to the peculiarities of a particular industry or contracting relationship.

FULLY BILINGUAL TEAM Our Dispute Resolution department, Headed by Mohamed Abdelrehiem – Partner of the firm – consists of one partner, and Seven fee-earners who are entirely bilingual and can easily navigate between the UAE local laws and the international clients.
