ADNH Catering Plc has announced its intention to proceed with the IPO and list its ordinary shares on ADX. The offering will make 900,000,000 shares, each with a nominal value of AED 0.10, available to investors, representing 40% of the company’s total issued share capital.

All shares offered in the IPO are existing shares held by Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company PJSC, a prominent semi-government hospitality group based in Abu Dhabi. ADNH Catering Plc’s IPO represents a significant milestone for the company, further positioning it as a market leader in the UAE’s food and support services sector.
