Ibrahim heads the firm’s Corporate and Commercial, Energy and Infrastructure and Tourism practices.
Ibrahim advises on banking and finance matters as well as on mergers and acquisitions transactions. Ibrahim started his career with Denton Wilde Sapte in 2000 and has since worked as legal counsel for BG Egypt, head of legal at PICO International Petroleum and partner at El Said Darwish & Partners. Ibrahim is fluent in Arabic, English and German.
