Malack El Masry

Partner - Corporate M&A…

Malack’ brings to INP more than 20 years of corporate commercial experience in the region, advising on M&A transactions, project finance transactions, including public private partnerships (PPP), equity capital markets, including IPOs and rights issues, and general corporate/commercial matters. She is experienced in drafting share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements/shareholder agreements, merger agreements, and project finance and loan documentation. Furthermore, Malack has extensive experience in advising on re-organizations and legal due diligence required for the purposes of all sorts of transactional projects, including property acquisitions and implications of transactions on properties in general .

Malack also provides day to day advise on employment, data protection and competition. Malack has advised a range of clients including Financial Institutions, Government entities and large multinationals, International Law Firms and local companies.

Prior to establishing IBRAHIM & PARTNERS, Malack was with Al Tamimi & Company (DIFC) for seven years as senior team member in the Corporate Commercial Department and before that she was a highly regarded senior team member in leading law firms in Cairo Egypt for ten years, namely in the M&A and Project Finance teams of Zulficar & Partners and Shalakany Law Firm.

Malack received a Bachelor’s in Law in 1999 and Master’s in Business Law (equivalent to M1) from University of Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne, Paris, France. Malack is a registered legal consultant at the Dubai Legal Affairs Department.
