In the year 2000, Mohamed received Bachelor of Laws from Cairo University’s Faculty of Law.

In the following years Mohamed pursued postgraduate academic studies in various fields of law and legalities, whereby he received Postgraduate Diploma in Criminal Proceedings from Cairo University in 2001; Postgraduate Diploma in Administrative Laws from Cairo University (Beni Suef) in 2001; and Postgraduate Diploma in Public Law from Cairo University in 2015.

He also received training and certification in Money Laundering Detection and Combatting by the Arab League Institute of Legal Studies in 2004.

With a much successful career spanning over more than 20 years, Mohamed has represented multiple entities and individuals in the MENA Region, and attended to highly publicized investigations and lawsuits, relating to white-collar criminal proceedings, employment issues and claims, capital markets litigation, anti-trust investigations and litigation, and criminal and administrative litigation.

Mohamed advises clients with businesses in the fields of telecommunication, trading, commercial operations, capital markets, sports, education, steel manufacturing, real-estate, and construction. 

Mohamed has various legal precedents and statutory principles rendered by the Egyptian Court of Cassation under his name, and he was admitted before the Egyptian Court of Cassation in January 2018.
