Mohamed heads the Banking, Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution departments. He also advises extensively on Energy and Infrastructure and banking transactions. Mohamed started his legal career as a judge at the Egyptian State Council. He is currently also a professor of public law at Cairo University.
