Mohamed Ibrahim Darwish

Mohamed heads the Banking, Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution departments. He also advises extensively on Energy and Infrastructure and banking transactions. Mohamed started his legal career as a judge at the Egyptian State Council. He is currently also a professor of public law at Cairo University.

• PhD in law, Faculty of Law, Cairo University, 2006.

• Member of the Societe Egyptienne d’ Economie Politique, de Statistque et de Legislation Education, 2003.
• Member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt,2012.
