Dhabi, December 20, 2023 — Today marked a historic moment for Pure Health PJSC as the bell rang at the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), announcing the commencement of trading for its shares. The ceremony not only celebrated the successful IPO of Pure Health PJSC but also marked the final Initial Public Offering (IPO) to take place in 2023.

Representing First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), IN’P IBRAHIM .N. PARTNERS played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of this groundbreaking IPO.

This achievement marks the 6^th IPO led by IBRAHIM .N. PARTNERS, underscoring the firm’s dominating position in the capital markets of the UAE.
