WHO WE ARE?

IBRAHIM .N. PARTNERS is an independent MENA-region law firm. Led by top-ranked advisers, our team members are experts in advising on North Africa and GCC laws. Our UAE offices serve clients in the UAE and across the GCC, while our Cairo office provides legal services and advice in Egypt and across North Africa.

We advise both local and international companies on a full range of issues from contentious and non-contentious corporate and commercial matters, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, banking and finance, establishing business across the UAE and MENA, carrying out legal due diligence, employment matters, property, structuring, distributions, franchising and other commercial arrangements.

PARTNERS is an independent MENA and GCC regional law firm, led by our Managing Partner, Ahmed Ibrahim, and is comprised of a team of lawyers that are experts in advising on all aspects of MENA and GCC laws. We provide advice to both domestic and foreign businesses on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious corporate and commercial matters, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, banking and finance, employment, real estate, corporate structuring, legal due diligence, distributions, franchising, and other commercial arrangements.

Our Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices are well placed to provide local legal support across the GCC. We have also expanded our regional footprint to cover Cairo and the North Africa region.
