IBRAHIM .N. The transaction represents a landmark achievement as the REIT to be established in accordance with the UAE’s new REIT regime (Resolution No. 1 RM of 2023) and the first IPO on DFM in 2025.

IN’P acted as UAE legal counsel to Dubai Residential REIT, advising on all aspects of the transaction, from structuring and regulatory compliance to IPO execution and listing.
